Returns in the event of a defective product or a product different from your order

If you have received a defective product or a product that is different from your order due to our defect, please do not use the product and contact us in an unused condition. We will promptly exchange it for a non-defective product. In addition, if the stock is not available, such as when it is sold out, we will refund the money by bank transfer.

Also, even if you use convenience store payment, we will refund by bank transfer. Please note that refunds cannot be made at convenience stores.

  • Refunds may require a bank transfer for orders made using a method other than a credit card.

About return shipping

If the return is not accepted

Depending on the condition of the product at the time of return, we may not be able to accept returns. Please check the following items.

  • There are no accessories such as tags or labels.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered.
    (Return requests and returns must be made within 7 days.)
  • Purchased using a sale or coupon.
  • Opened items.
  • Items that can be judged to have been used.
  • Items that can confirm damage to the product or cosmetic box due to negligence.
